Together we can help the Pacific Islanders
The Pacific is already experiencing rising sea levels, larger cyclones, more acidic oceans, dying reefs and many more unjust effects of the climate crisis. We have to give Pacific Island countries a fighting chance of survival. Your ongoing support is the most effective way to contribute by helping us with long term campaign goals.
Can create documentaries to show the world what is at stake, such as Finding Hope: Samoa due for release in January 2020.
Can help support coastal communities and fishermen standing up to greedy fossil fuel companies.
Can help fund campaigns exposing politician's dirty ties to fossil fuel companies, such our Dirty Power investigations.
What is the plan?
We can still avoid the worst impacts of climate change, but only if we act fast and every country, especially in the developed world, pull their weight. Unfortunately, Australia’s emissions are going up, not down. Now it’s time for our prime minister to prove that he's serious about tackling climate change. That means phasing out all fossil fuels, starting with coal. Help us to ask wealthy countries like Australia to step up and show their plan to cut emissions to zero.
